Prenatal Support

This could include:

  • Talking through goals and expectations for labour and birth

    • desired location- home or hospital​

    • your options and how I can advocate for you

    • helping your partner feel supportive 

  • Nursery preparation

    • building furniture

    • organizing clothes

  • Discussing and preparing for postpartum

    • support (e.g. meals, care for other children, etc.)

    • infant feeding (e.g. breast/chest, bottle, combo)​

    • sleep (we all need it!)

  • ​Car seat safety- a personal favourite! (*not a CPST)

Investment: $30/hr for any practical, in-person support (i.e. building, organizing, meal prep)

$49 (1-2 hours)

A focused birth prep session to explore your options and build confidence in advocating for the birth you want.
Head into labour feeling informed, grounded, and ready to lead your own experience.

Seed to Seat
$29 (under 1 hour)

A quick, casual chat from one parent to another. I’m not a certified tech (yet!), but I care deeply about car safety and want to help you feel confident from day one. I’ll share simple tips and point you to trusted resources from certified experts for extra support.

Notes to Nourish
$49 (up to 2 hours)

A collaborative planning session where we talk nourishing, postpartum-friendly meals tailored to your family’s tastes. Together, we’ll create a simple meal plan (can include freezer meals) and a shopping list to keep you fueled, supported, and stress-free during those early weeks.
